I will write this again on the forum, but I wanted to notify here as well. Please add a built-in item filter for those playing through GForge Now. There's too much confusion, and I'm struggling because there's nothing I can do about it. Please add an up-to-date item filter pre-installed with the game so we can select and use it without needing to download it separately. Thank you in advance!

I haven't played on GeForce Now but you should be able to follow the popular filters from here: https://www.pathofexile.com/item-filter/ladder/follower/type/PoE2
Then they should appear in the game options the next time you log in.
