Item Duplication - Jiquani's Sanctum - Chaos Alter

Clicked on the Alter - Took an item(amulet) from Paperdoll and placed it on the the Triangle - Item Disapeared and I could no longer click anywhere on the screen( I could click on the menu) - Alt F4ed and when I returned the Amulet was on my curson and in my inventory, but it rolled differant then the orginal.
