The Mercenary ascendancies seem way too weak...

For it's "specific" weapon type. Deadeye would be better than both of the Merc ascendancies. Please consider changing, at least, one of them to be crossbow-specific.

sorcery ward and the 10% to explode for 100% of life as phys damage alone are good enough reason to use Merc
