GGG Support is a disgrace

They are catching up mate, be patient and you will get your things. Got a reply today for an email i send on the 18th.
I am not saying this is OK but this is GGG and the issues with their merchandise being late was always there even without the POE2/POE clusterfuck. |

" Are you making an excuse for support that takes 1.5+ months to fix an issue? [Removed by Support] There is no excuse of how bad the support is. Absolutely none Last edited by Joel_GGG#1496 on Jan 30, 2025, 2:43:52 AM

They are already rich, they don't need you. So they can do with you whatever they want, you don't matter to them.

I'm in the same boat. At least you got some sort of response even if it was a generic AI message.
I haven't received any information regarding the physical goods I'm supposed to be receiving after my purchase of the Liberator supporter pack. After waiting a little over a week with no message or email I sent a support ticket on the 3rd and still haven't heard anything back. I just consider it a loss at this point unfortunately. I really hope things change for the better with GGG but it currently seems they bit off more than they can chew. With the current state of the game(s) and GGG support I've decided to take a break and just check forums every so often. |

thinking because you spent $500 means you don't have to wait in a support que is peak entitlement..... This isn't disney land you dont get to cut the line because you bought something. They'll get to it when they do.

" I hope you got the lesson by GGG- not to waste 500$ for a game before it outs of EA. |

I had a technical 'issue'.
I tried to move from standalone version to Steam version, but I wasn't sure how. I was too busy living and doing things to do proper research and find out. So I did email support with my scribbles. Make a note, I was completely ignorant at the time: "I recently got myself PoE 2 finally, but I did activate my code on the poe website instead of directly into Steam. I got overzealous I guess. So I can play and add my friends normally, I even did add the game as 'non-steam game', so it is managed, but to be honest I don't like that. It was my mistake to activate the code on the poe website, I already have my steam account connected and all(I played poe 1), would it be possible to transfer my poe 2 account from standalone client like I have completly to the Steam? " 10 days it took them to reply with: 'Thank you for the message. We may be able to help with this. Can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name (including the 4-digit discriminator) and the names of a few of your characters?' During those 10 days, I managed to get one evening free and I did find out you can: 1. Generate Steam CD-key if you registered via Path of Exile website on the website 2. Simply uninstall standalone version and install Steam version using generated CD key 3. Be happy your friends on Steam can see you play There is something quite bad going on, because if they did automate response (unless this is the one?!), it would provide me instantly with a solution and there is no need to 'move the game to Steam' or confirm anything. You just do 2 steps and it works. Clearing my misunderstanding would be amazing as well. You can go back to standalone version anytime anyway. |
