The Iron Citadel

I have had an issue with the iron citadel having 1 monster remaining so this will show as failed. Ive run each of these maps back and forth and nothing remains in them. Killed the boss and run around all of the map more then 5 times. This is the 4th one of these that is doing this.

Have searched about this on the web. And in addition after looking at the PoE2 bug forum it seems like the bug is very well known. A lot of players have the same kind of issues with the iron citadel. Also with the other citadels it seems.
