Are you sure about that ?
Keystones tend to have a multiplicative effect , not additive .
For example Acrobatics reduce your Evasion by 70% after the other calculations , you can't cancel Acrobatics by picking 70% Evasion buff from elsewhere .

So your mana recovery is probably 42.5% lower , not 35% lower .
Either way this is massive : standard base mana recovery itself is totally incapable of keeping up with mana spending in Endgame unless you buff it by a ton & also lower by a lot the Mana costs .
