Sorceress bugged out in poe2

Hello I am having difficulties with my character the slotted weapons are giving false levels I have a offhand main hand equipped but showing plus four levels to skills it should only be two my arctic armor says it’s there and active but not working and now the quest for exploring the venom crypts is bugged also not producing the body at the end to loot please help with these fixes
