Bugged Spinning Blade in Simulacrum

Hey Team,

In Simulacrum encounter spinning blades are cast by some of the bosses, which are spinning and following you and damaging you.
Many cases these blades get stuck, they stop spinning and following you afte a while, but they freeze and remain on the field and still damage you if you get close. This can be an issue considering how small the encounter arenas usually are so it's kind of hard to avoid them.
