attack speed making Rapid Shot unusable while moving

I'm currently running a Rapid Shot build and my attack speed was encroaching on the 30 att per second mark at 26. every now and again, my attacks would blip (like a dying mouse button) and would stop for just a fraction of a second. After picking up a new weapon though which put me at 30 att per second, i cannot shoot more than 15 to 20 of the 85 rounds without the weapon completely stopping and restarting it's attack wind up animation. I literally just snagged a haste shrine putting me well over 35 and the weapon is completely unusable. it shoots 3 - 5 rounds and then disengages and re engages the attack animation while moving. the millisecond I hold still, all this animation canceling stops and the weapon fires at full speed with no issues

TL:DR at increasing attack speeds while moving and firing, Rapid Shot (maybe all crossbows or weapons) seems to bug out and fail to keep it's firing animation playing until over 35 ish aps where it completely breaks and becomes unusable.

please note it sometimes takes a clip or two for the bug to show, but since the goal of rapid Shot is to keep firing, it will show up while you are moving around and shooting
