Unable to log in since day 1, no response from support in over a month

I need my email changed because I no longer have access to my old email. I requested support to switch my email and I sent them all the information they requested. My last response from support was over a month ago and my issue is not resolved. It has been two months since I paid $100 to GGG and I still do not have access to what I paid for.

Nevermind, I submitted a charge back through my credit card. De-active my account or whatever you want to do, I had no access to play on it anyways. I'm already playing with a free key on another account, I will never give GGG a single dime after this.
