Bug Found with Couture of Crimson Gilded Vestments on Bloodmage

Found the bug and when I am using this armor (Couture of Crimson
Gilded Vestments) on my bloodmage, when my cast on crit activates, all of a sudden blasphemy and cast on crit shuts off and i need to manually turn it back on in the skill menu.
