Seriuos Currency Exchange Issue

Hello，
I just managed to exchange a soul core of Azcapa for aournd 400E, however when i click the deal-finish icon to collect the E, it dissapeared which won't show up anywhere. I caused me extermely nervous for next big exchange. Could you pls help check what happened. my ID is KongFu-Maniac2#8450.
