cant use crisis fragments

I've fought arbiter a few times but today it won't let me drag the fragments into the burning monolith have tried resetting logging out etc. very strange

I'm having the exact same issue right now. Every time i put my mouse over the door with a fragment in it, the slots won't appear so i can't actually put them in. If i close my inventory and have no fragment on my cursor whatsoever, i have no probleme and i see the slots appear.

Can't try the arbiter :'(

I'm having the same issue and the same behavior happens when I try to insert Deadly Fates into the Trial Master's door.
