Vaults of Kamasa map failed due server disconection

Failed, MAP with out any enemies, how is that possible?

Seems 'map failed' didn't go away completely when GGG said it did .. I've failed a 'unique' map which also turned into 'failed' like maps did when EA first released, one of the most asinine design decisions of the PoE2 mapping system.
