GGG Are you joking with the players?

My friend and I were farming in a party farm session, and we managed to obtain a Divine ORB. However, shortly afterward, the server crashed. Upon logging back into the game, I discovered that my entire inventory was empty, just as it was before completing the map. Additionally, the map itself was gone.

Now, we have managed to obtain a second Divine ORB, and the server crashed again. What kind of situation is this? Will there be any compensation for such unstable server performance? Why is there no response from your side regarding these issues?

Although I am not authorized to respond on behalf of GGG, it should be noted that GGG has never compensated players for items lost due to their mistakes. Even in cases that are utterly absurd, shameful, and 100% GGG's fault, they have never provided compensation.

The most famous example I can recall is when a Headhunter or Mageblood (the most expensive uniques in PoE1 at the time) got stuck in an incredibly ridiculous spot, making it impossible to pick up from any angle. GGG's response was nothing more than a "we're sorry about that," and even that wasn't an official GGG statement—it was a reply from Chris Wilson's sister using her personal Twitter account.

However, even the loss of a Headhunter or Mageblood pales in comparison to the many HC characters that have died due to absurd bugs or mistakes. Yes, even in cases where it was 100% GGG's fault, they still would not resurrect HC characters. Over the past 13 years, there have likely been more than 10,000 such cases. This is not an exaggeration.

This sounds just awful, after logging into the game again, DIVINE ORB is also missing from my stash.

Its EA none of what you loot matters.
