failed chaos trial with 3 div sacrefice due to server issue

the first time i tried now a chaos trail with sacreficing 3 div to get 6 at the end... i could run a chaos trial actualy very easy with my char... but in room 6 or 7 i was encountering a survival trial, as the server shut down...

20 mins later i could log in again... and stand in front of the chaos trial... my magic inscribed ultimatum and 3 div gone... since im lvl 93 much exp aswell...

i wouldnt have died in that waves... minion whitch could handle that very vell..
but the loss of the 3 div and the magical inscribed ultimatum hurts....
if it would be my fault... thats no problem... but i couldnt do anything.... hoped for a little server roll back or that it paused whecn the server crashed.... but nothing like this happened... :(

could be there any refund for such serverissue losses? :(
i expect no... but i think asking is better then doing nothing...
