Lost Third Ascension in the crash - on stream

Was streaming just a bit ago. Successfully completed the 3rd ascension. Assigned the points. Started gathering loot - Servers just vanished and timed me out.

When I was able to log in again - my third ascension points were gone and so was the Djin Barya token that was used to spawn the event.

You can watch me complete it in the VOD - is there ANY way to restore those points and that status? This was a long time coming.

As soon as the server came up, I beat the trial again and as SOON as I assigned points, I exited...and the servers were IMMEDIATELY down again. No idea if I also lost this third ascension for the second time - but the TIMING of the servers going down after the exact same event, twice in less than 2 hours, is weird.

UPDATE - The second attempt at the 3rd ascension was saved - so no problem there. But it's strange that the servers dropped (once with a rollback) immediately after I finished the 3rd ascension, twice. I doubt I broke things but it may be of note.
