Tempest Bell Disappears When Using Mana Flask If You Have Weapon Sets

Weapon Set Skill points cause my mana flask to somehow cancel all my combo and makes my tempest bell disappear. I assume the bug is causing me to flicker between weapons and invalidate anything my monk had out with with the QStaff at the time
