#% increased Energy Shield from gear passives do not work with Eldritch Battery

Steps to Reproduce:
Have a Focus and a helmet with Energy Shield equipped
Enable the Eldritch Battery node
Take note of max mana
Take a passive node such as Focus Energy Shield, Dreamcatcher, Illuminated Crown, or Warding Fetish
Check the max mana

Expected:
You have more max mana, as your energy shield has gone up

Observed:
Max mana stays the same

Bonus unexpected behavior (I'm not sure it's a bug):
If you're not using Eldritch Battery your energy shield will go up, however the increase does not appear to take other sources of '+#% increased maximum Energy shield" into account. For example my helmet shows 283 Energy shield on it's tool tip, but my shield drops by 1319 when I remove it, suggesting I've got 366% increase in energy shield - which after adding up everything I do. When I enable Illuminated Crown my energy shield increased by 198 which is approximately 70% of 283, not by 923 (1319 * .7) which I would expect from the wording.

The "bonus unexpected behavior" is because the "% increased ES from gear" is additive with other "% increased ES" modifiers.

Which is also why it doesn't affect your Mana with Eldritch Battery: conversion occurs before "% increased" modifiers are applied.
