CTD: Has anyone checked their virutal memory settings?

I got another CTD and looked in event viewer. I saw an error there that translates into pathofexile.exe using monstrous amounts of memory, so much that it ran out. I looked up the error code and saw that it's attributed to a memory leak in other games. So, I looked at my virtual memory and for some reason it was set to 4gb on a 16gb system. So, I set the minimum virtual memory to (1.5x16gb = 24. Then 24x1024 = 24576) and 3 times on the maximum (3x16 = 48. then 48x1024 = 49152).

Then restart and give it a try.

The error in event viewer was:

Having similar memory leak problems.
Game starts ok playable for a while then crashes start and crashes get more frequesnt untill unplayable. Memory is overfilling into SDD.
Only fix is to completely reboot PC.
