Fog of war resetting

After taking portal out of cleared map area (regardless of how how short or long duration) going back to area the map is reset and fog of war reinstated. This makes it extremely difficult to track progress, compete quests and find locations again

Appears to be happening on ACT II mostly, tried with different characters in both standard and Cruel. Kind of impossible to play especially given how small backpack size is.

This issue has become global for all acts on PS5 does anyone actually read or respond to these???
