Mirror of delirium not spawning in anointed map

I anointed a T15 map with three emotions and when I entered the map, the mirror was not there. I ran through the map, cleared all monsters, and still couldn't find the mirror. The map is still foggy and I can't end the encounter with my hotkey. I ran through the map a few times to be sure but still nothing.

Perma delirium (Instilling a map w emotions) overrides any delirium nodes. So if you want a mirror of delirium don't use an instilled map
