Despair Level 19 Bug

I was mapping when a level 19 skill gem dropped. I immediately went to pick it up and upgrade my level 18 Despair to level 19. Upon doing so, my skill gem stopped working. I checked to see if I didn't meet the intelligence requirements, but the skill gem had no skill description and the bottom row for weapon sets was bugged out. I thought it may be a bug with a level 24 Skill gem, but using a level 18 skill gem with upgraded levels to make it level 24 makes the skill work.

I can confirm that my level 19 despair isn't working as well.

Tried a level 18 and it works again.

I had the same issue with this skill and solved it by removing the Focused Curse support. They don’t work together.

Level 12, 14 and 15 doesnt work either, I removed all the support gems and not working yet.
