SAO PAULO (BR) server broken portals in endgame (other servers don't have this problem)

I have tested on other servers. Apparently the other servers like Washington, Texas... are normal. The endgame portals are crashing on the SAO PAULO (BR) server. There are many crashes and points on the map are impossible to open, causing the loss of waystones. Once these points on the map crash, they do not work again, making it impossible to pass through the location. I hope you take a look at this case. It is difficult to play on our server. That is why I am playing on servers with higher latency but there are no such portal crashes.

My witchhunter's atlas contain a tower impossible to enter, I have tested in Washington server and same happened there as in São Paulo Server...
