It seems like this issue is occuring on the trade site for a variety of modifier combinations, though I'm not trying to go through and create an exhaustive list.
The range shown next to P0 is correct for the modifier name shown at the end of the line, but the modifier name doesn't match the modifier displayed on the same line.

In your example, it's an issue with the prefix "Serene" and the suffix "of Annihilating", but it also seems to happen with "of Annihilation". In another instance, I saw it with the prefix "Triggered" and the suffix "of Ignition".
