On the contrary, this is honestly 1 of the few times I've actually seen them acknowledge their Customers lol (other than Streamer Customers haha)

Regardless +1, 100% -- this is like trying to flex on the # tickets yet they had like ~5+ years (since 2019?) of gamedev time to Think it through in terms of Why they even started the project in 1st place -- Lol.

And of course -- Most will Never Realize they're Customers (which is/such is Life) -- what else is New -- Lol .

Is there any possibility of opening up jobs to US residents?

Make a support system like blizzard or so, where you can track your ticket, see responds and etc, this is bad when you need to message on email and you doesnt know even if your ticket was readed or so, after this you got ctrl+v respond and ticket closed its really bad. Il have some expirience with poe support and its really bad in this state.

The delay is really unlike the CS that I was used to from GGG Support. But am glad that GGG cares very much about maintaining the old standards. Hope the situation improves soon.
