Game crash resulting in no loot, no portals, etc.

Was running Augury, Biome Grass, near a tower with a tier 2 way stone. Casted Level 14+1 Despair curse supported by persistence, Heightened Curse, Focused curse, and Hex bloom on a rare mob, which i speculate caused the crash. When loading back in, no loot that i had already picked up was in my inventory, my way stone is missing, my portals are gone, and the map is labeled as attempted but not failed. I could understand if i died during the crash, but with no loot in my inventory its almost like I was rolled back without my way stone. Has this occurred to anyone else?

This is a known bug that happens very frequently to players when running Breach. GGG does not seem to care about this rollback bug since it has exited since EA launch and there are 100s of daily threads about it, but it has not been addressed or acknowledged.
