Game crashed during Stone Citadel run

Had just spent the time clearing the towers around the citadel to put in precursor tablets. Game was running fine, no lag spikes no DCs. Started the citadel and a minute or so into it I crash to the login screen, log back in and the node is now failed, wasted 4 tablets and it will take hours of playtime to get to another stone citadel.

This just happened to myself and my husband. We spent 3 hours trying to get to the citadel, it crashed right before the boss.
Can we get a roll back or undo the map fail bc wtf is this.
