Bug - die for no reason

Hi, I am new the POE2, but I follow someone's BD which are using CI (Chaos Inoculation) and MoM but I die for 2 times which still have ES & Mana. I have taken a picture to proof this. Per my understanding, I should be dead if my mana is gone (ES should be gone also) but I have half of ES and full of mana but still dead. I just can’t post the photo. But can send it to you if needed
