Resurecting during arbiter trans locks game

While fighting the arbiter i was on my last try and died while getting him to his transformation treshold. upon giving up and pressing the resurect button it looked like i had to wait until his tranformation was complete but even then i would not resurect and got stuck on the screen as seen in the image.
