Crash upon loading screen on teleporting to Ziggurat Refuge

Hello, I can’t log in with my Infernalist character; the game crashes in the middle of the loading screen. All my other characters work just fine, but specifically the Infernalist, after teleporting to Ziggurat Refuge, refuses to cooperate, so I can’t access that character. I’d be grateful for any advice or tips on what to try so I can find a solution.

Your not the only one having this problem. It keeps crashing on act 3 town :(
