[POE2] I CAN'T PLAY ENDGAME CONTENT PLEASE HELP

map device is missing after I die in endgame map in hardcore league. and now am in standard league when I come to my hideout I can't event see a text of "Map device" is missing how to fix this ( Map device also missing in ziggurat refuge(past) map ) please help me I need to play endgame content Thanks.

PS. At ziggurat refuge(past) I got quest "Speak to Doryani" and i speak to him 10 time and still can't see Map device.
