Let us adjust portal sound effect volume

Portal sound effect is way too loud. I'm aware that it's muted on Passive Skill Tree but for someone who alt-tabs a lot its tiresome. Currently it shares a slider with Sound Effects. I think it should have it's own slider. Please give us a way to adjust portal sound level.
