Lightning Storm Rare monster modifier off screen

The latest patch removed some of the offscreen capabilities certain mobs have, but I noticed (after getting completely obliterated by 7 lightning bolts hitting me) that the lightning storm modifier on mobs still has reach beyond where you can actually see the rare.

Personally I think the range on this ability should be reigned in, considering how multiple bolts hitting you (even at max res) will just delete you.

There are still plenty of BS mechanics they haven't fixed yet (I'm beginning to wonder if they will ever be fixed), and plenty of mobs that still can hit you or one-shot you from off screen.
