Reforging higher tier Djinn Barya / Inscribed Ultimatum

Would be real nice to reforge all the low level trial items into a higher item level because as it is now, those items are useless for me in endgame and just sit in my stash. Finding level 79/80 trial items to fight the final boss is fine, however, the past trial items serve no purpose in late game.

I personally dont mind nuking baby ultimatums rq to get the soul cores...but your quite right that baby baryas don't have much of a purpose.

I'd definitely welcome the ability to forge them up as better than nothing, but honestly it seems like such a minor thing in the grand scheme of things.

Fair, its a small change however if it makes the game better I say why not. If certain items are deemed useless why have them in the game. Especially if that item has the potential to work into the end game.
