Prism of Belief for shockwave totem isn't working.

Bought a +3 to all shockwave totem skills prism of belief and it isn't raising the level, nor changing the damage.

just found this thread from google, and the fix for me is to pick the shockwave totem gem up from my skill menu, then put it back in. changes tooltip dps from 6.4k to 8.3k but i have to swap it out lol
