Rapid Shot (likely true for other shots) attacks stuttering while moving at high attack speed

(no Always attack whitout moving involved)
After reaching a high attacks per second for Rapid Shot, my attacks stutter while I move.

How to reproduce:
-Use Rapid Shot
-have more than ~38.45 attacks per second
-Shoot your crossbow while moving

I unsocketed Martial Tempo from it to find out if it was related to a high attack speed and it is. After unsocketing the support gem, my guy started firing without stutter. Please fix, [Fresh Clip] is the coolest support gem and this makes it completely unplayable.
