Further controller issues since patch 0.1.1

1. Controller stops working in game, have to exit and enable or disable Steam controller to get it working again.

2. Deadzone issues - characters keep jittering around by themselves

3. Today, I couldn't get L2 and R2 to work in game at all. I rebooted my PC, no joy. Re-enabled the Steam controller again and then it worked.

Before this patch, I always had the Steam controller enabled with no issues and I had no dead-zone issues.

Also, still, and this has always been a problem, skills sometimes don't work first time after switching to and from the alternate skill bar.
