blink two times bug

i used a temporalis silk robe which have - 3.91 seconds to cooldown,so my blink cooldown is 0.09s,but everytime when i hit the space (just one time) it always blink two times,it happed when the new update

+1 I also have it where I am not always teleporting where my cursor is. I use WASD and it didnt use to be a problem before but something with update made it so it very awkward to blink around

I have the same issues with double blink or blink in wrong directions. |
