It seems GGG don't love casual players patch 0.1.1

To address the problem of only having one attempt at the Arbiter of Ash Boss fight, you will now have up to six respawn attempts at this fight. Respawns can only be triggered by the person who put in the keys, and everyone in your party will be respawned at the same time. Leaving the Map still forfeits your attempt so you'll still need to fight the boss with the build you walked into the Map with. Higher difficulties of the Boss will lower the number of respawn attempts you receive. We'll be looking to add respawn attempts to other Pinnacle content over time.

'you will now have up to six respawn attempts'.

It seems GGG don't love casual players, offering 3-5 % of players to encounter real end game, but for the casual players it's like Thank you for playing the game.

If u offer the most time having(streamers mostly) to have more opportunity to face real end game offering them 6 tries, but for casual player only 1 with additional penalties WHY exactly do YOU need casual players ?

Seems we got a lot of trolls, lets put some examples:

casual player - 1-2 hours per day.

hard core player(Trolls in the chain) - 6-12 hours per day.

Benefits for players regarding penalties :

Casual player - NONE

Hard Core One - 6 attempts on end game bosses.

What are you even talking about? You get the same 6 tries everyone does.
How is that change not better for casuals? I'm sorry, I'm missing something here.

The idea was that people who had never been able to fight the boss before did not get a chance to learn the mechanics and therefore the retry attempts were added to Alleviate this.

This is a good change, at higher tiers you have already fought him and learned the mechanics.
Nope, u still have 1 death per map T1 for example , while u have
'you will now have up to six respawn attempts' on END game bosses
Streamers get one death per map too. If you're dying you can get help on build and gear, and learn not to rush to loot to avoid on death effects. You can even dodge the invisible bugged on death effects with a little strategy and patience. I don't really care for one death per map, but it's really not that big a deal. Sounds like there's room for you to improve your build or skill.

Yeah cuz maps are easy unless you're doing something wrong. They're meant to gear check you. Jonathan said so explicitly in the interview even.

If u die to a T1 map you can do another T1 map instantly for 0 cost. If you keep dying in T1 maps then you need to go back and rethink your build

If you die to arbiter cause of sheer bad luck you lose all the fragments (about 2-3 div) and had no information whatsoever whether the problem was your build, your gear, or just bad luck. You take away nothing from that loss.

Worlds of difference.
Bro, you can chose when you attempt it. Don't do it if you're not ready. What the hell is wrong with you man? Do you genuinely feel entitled to never fail anything you do?

The fact they made that change shows that they care about casuals.

Ahhh I see, so its not about the pinnacle bosses at all, you just want 6 portals.

Well, that isn't going to happen, GGG wants there to be risk, they are pretty set on this.

The pinnacle boss argument was solid and people who have grinded for those keys to go in blind in simply get 1 tapped without any practice was unfair, its a good change.

But in maps, you've seen all the mechanics through the campaign, there isn't practice necessary it's just how you play.

Maps are easy if you have 6-8 h per day to invest.

Discrepancy I want to pint out is that, the penalties are too harsh on casual players who are stopped to progress when they loose a lot when they die on mapping.

But hard core players whit a lot of free time get additional attempts on end bosses. Seriously WTF?
Meh. You're clearly just whining because you're not getting special treatment and think the game should be easier special to suit you. *Shrug* If you're doing in maps, that is a problem you can absolutely solve. Then suddenly it's not too punishing that's the entire purpose of death penalties, to force you to improve. But if you want to just be mad and salty and entitled, then you do you I guess.
