Loot lost from Arbiter if he dies after you die and you have respawns remaining

Reproduction steps:


1: Fight arbiter

2: Get to 2nd phase

3: Get arbiter to low health after a valiant effort

4: Use some kind of skill with persistence or a DOT component. I was a spark build

5: Die sadly to a meteor you didnt see

6: Arbiter dies shortly after, and you see him drop items off in the distance

7: Use one of your remaining respawns in the hopes you can pick up the loot

8: Encounter restarts (room is mostly blocked from the corpses) but arbiter goes through death animation again. This time, dropping only the book of passives and no loot



I feel like this has to be a bug of some variety. I don't get why'd I'd be awarded the passives but no loot.

Same deal here, revives fully reset map as if its a new map but gives points still. This needs to be altered for sure.

exact same thing for me, feels like they should give out compensation to the people who have proof it happened to them but I am not familiar with how this kind of game operates with bugs like this

99.9% of the time they will never refund lost items, etc, even due to bugs or hacks.

Its unfortunate but it is at least a consistent policy.

I just want to get this issue fixed is all. Not like super mad about it since its early access.
