Shockwave Totem not attacking since update

My Shockwave Totems sometimes stop attacking for over a minute at a time since the update.
They spend more time not attacking than they do attacking, at irregular intervals.
The issue can effect all of them or sometimes it looks like it effects only 1 or 2.
Repositioning/ summoning the totems does not change it.
