Rare mob spawning outside of the map in Creek

Not sure how to post image but I ran 2 maps in creek and a rare mob spawned outside that area both times.

Just ran it a 3rd time to make sure but seems to just have been 2 instances back to back where the mob spawned outside the boundaries.

This also happens to me on creek, its always one of those flying things. Also if I roll the same flying monster on Oasis, it happens there. I think it is more the monster less the map?
