Character stuck in wall in Penitentiary map

At least one of the newly added checkpoints in endgame maps is in a wall and will result in your character also being stuck in that wall when teleporting to it.

It happened to me in the "Penitentiary" map, teleported from the boss area back to the beginning of the map and got stuck in the wall. The checkpoint itself is also inside the wall.
