Having the same issue with shockwave totem. They are sporadically triggering but not all the time.

It's now in the Known Issues sticky - at least GGG are aware of the problem :)

this build is utterly useless cant even clear a t5 map now. ridiculous. was pounding out 14s and 15s and now , utter dog.

Mine pick and choose when to go off. Sometimes I'll place them in the middle of a room of mobs and they give the mobs the 'death stare", but no death to mobs. Hotfix when?

Shockwave totems seem to mostly work right if you use the astral projection support. I suspect they broke something when they fixed shockwave totem to work with astral projection.
