Looks like prime example of " build not viable"

Not everything peole come up with must be viable.
Take out some support that increase cost perhaps?

It is up to you to find something that works, and if it doe snot- well then use something else.

I've leveled 2 characters to to 85+ ad some others to lower lvls and never came across mana issues that could not be solved with changing items or something else.

Obstackles that you are suposed to overcome is not designe flaw, it is the point of a friggin game.
