In some sense, they are.
Their job is to make a product for entertainment.

They are responsible for creating a product as long as that product exists and is in use. YOUR enjoyment or even use of that product is entirely on you. They don't even have a responsibility to create a product ANYONE likes...although it behooves them to at least get a few folks on board.

It was broken and probably causing server issues. Get over it.

Because this isnt POE 1, they want the game to be less chaotic. And lets be honest, 0.1s teleport cooldown is still insane...

they should just delete that armor from the game it seems really dumb to even have it

Did I miss something? Patch 1.1 isn't even out yet.
