Game unplayable due to lag in EU

Since like 2 days ago, the game has become practically unplayable for me due to lag. Its not just some lag here and there its absurdly high spikes that occour constantly without pauses varying in intensity from instance to instance.

Tried every EU gateway but it doesnt matter which one i pick. At this point i dont even think its the servers but the routing from and towards them. Every other online game i play does not not have these issues. So what is going on here?

cant play the game at all on EU
Took a break from the game for this very reason + while waiting for the new patch.

Playing with this lag on HC is frustrating and I don't trust the game to not get me killed because of it.

*puts on tinfoil hat*

It is a bit crazy how the big streamers always seem to be exempt from these issues.

3 unplayable days in a row. Works fine for a few hours here and there but then at peak hours its constand dc and spikes.
I posted about this here before. Even did full Traceroute that showed package loss on the last two nodes before the servers. This was happening on 3 different EU server shards. Amsterdam, London and Frankfurt.

At the same time... the god gamers that are GGG devs can't understand why they have no problems maintaining endgame maps... playing in the same building as their server.

you really didn't need to add that second paragraph. I hope you can engage your frontal lobe and figure out why.
Are you sure they aren't CPU spikes? Press F1 to see the graph. The latest patch sometimes makes my CPU spike which rapidly feels like lag but it's fixed after a restart.

no hes 100% correct, i even monitored my CPU and it didnt budge. I was quick to check this because the lag spikes have a really unusual pattern but i think its because of how the game freezes on purpose when there are lag spikes to try and save you in case of a crash. It's also from instance to instance, some are 100% fine, most arnt.

It's not CPU, it's network (2x F1 you can see ping spikes of multiple seconds sometimes).
Had it aswell last 2 days and only did like 2-3 maps before logging off, not playable.

This issue isn't new poe1 had and has same issue, server swapping sometimes helps for a while but EU servers are poo.
It's weird that release weekend and first 3 weeks i had no issues, now it's back to "normal" aka annoying to play or even unplayable.
