[WASD-Movement] A change to Blink's and roll targeting behaviour

When the player uses Blink on a Controller, the character will Blink towards the location the character is facing. Since the joystick gives directional freedom this is exactly how it should behave.

On keyboard and mouse, Blink will target the cursor when no movement key is pressed. With mouse-only that means the cursor will always be targeted, also exactly how it should behave.

When using WASD movement Blink becomes more tricky to use. As long as a movement direction is held, Blink will always be used in the direction the character is moving towards. Since WASD does not give directional freedom and only 8 directions are possible, Blink becomes very clunky on WASD. In order to Blink towards the cursor, players have to release the movement keys alltogether.
This is quite problematic, because the lack of directional freedom on WASD makes Blink arguably worse and harder to use, because every Blink in a tight location requires the player to release their movement key.

The same targeting behaviour applies to the dodge/roll ability and can players cause to get stuck in tight spots.

Here is an idea for a change that would give more choice to the player in deciding what the targeting of blink should prefer:

When "Always Attack without moving" is selected in the skills menu, Blink should always target the cursor(= the direction the character is facing).

Default can then remain that Blink will target the movement direction.

This change would allow players to choose the prefered behaviour of the Blink spell. It could also be used for other skills and even the dodge roll.
