You cannot currently access this players area

No matter what I do, the game wont allow me warp to other players.
I have made sure my crossplay is enable, but no matter how many times I try it wont work, I try with different players, and I have made sure all my settings are right.

I am currently on console and this is making it so I am unable to trade at all.

I am having the same issue when trying to warp to other players. Doesn't happen every time, mostly when trying to warp to play for a trade.
